Poco Filter FAQ - Multiple "Match if not found" criteria in a filter

Q:When filtering incoming mail from my main account, I have a filter that moves anything that does not have my email address in either the 'To' or 'Cc' field into the trash. All my other filters run before this one, so my mailing lists don't get mangled. The problem is that it's not picking up on messages where my email is in one of those two fields. It just moves all mail that is not processed by prior filters into the Trash.

Any suggestions as to how to troubleshoot this?
