I only post here a response because you are obviously not knowing what you are talking about and your comment is totally unqualified.

I do not want to give a wrong impression: Is it possible that you have some configuration issues with various mail clients because English is not your native language?

Take it easy, Timothy. I know what I'm talking about except I'm not using my native language, so perhaps something has been lost during mind translation...

As was also explained in the above posts, TB doesn't open images and, as I read in their forums, it will never do for security reasons, so there's a point for the own-browser in Poco.

I said safety-paranoid users in Becky! not fo its HTML engine neither their PGP and scripts option. I saw it much focused in "encryption" options than in simplicity, usability or beautiful interface.

I was mistaken with imap in thunderbird, ok, you're right. I was redacting the text as ideas go through my mind so my memory make me a bad pass.

Thanks Geekboy2000 (Mark) fot your comments, but I discard Outlook because I'm OpenOffice user so no MS-Office in my desktop.

Certainly, it a user question when open images in the inbuilt-browser or not. I know there is phising, spam and something like that flying around everyone of us, but for that, I'm using antispam tools, antivirus, firewall, ad-aware and so much tools like that.
Also, I'm not so silly to open all the attachments, all the strange mails, ... I never give any password directly from mail (just first entering for the bank site not for a link and, of course, using Opera for navigate).

Well, I hope Poco4 satisfies my needs, I'm a little desperately tired of Foxmail. Thanks again.

RSS support ?

Postby GOD00007 » Sat Sep 17, 2005 5:29 am

I really don't know whether the new PM will have RSS support or not but i'm so desparate to see it.

I am a thunderbird user and i love it's RSS integration.
I just can't live without it now. :)
The next outlook express vista will have RSS integrated as well.

I don't think i will use the new PM if it hasn't a RSS reader built in.
I know it is the best and robust client today, but without RSS support i just can't cope with it

Any word from the dev about this ?... or atleast tell me a "yes, it will be integrated soon ... "
