I think GafarozzMan is a spammer, and no doubt the address he directed me to is a site that will do some damage to my computer or otherwise break my security.

Can it be dealt with?

Please don't post those links on the forum.
It's enough to post the name of the user sending those PM's with rogue removal tools and as such infecting/damaging other computers.
Just be careful out there.
