Weights for different kinds of allowed/banned senders

From the latest PocoReport:
Each of the two lists is examined once for each incoming message for partial matches. This means that if you have yahoo.com in your allowed senders, because a lot of your friends are on yahoo.com, and then you ban a sender with specific address like mx123456@yahoo.com two things will happen when you receive a message from that sender in the future: the message will first receive a negative spam score of 100, to allow that sender through since the domain yahoo.com is allowed, but then it will get a positive spam score of 100 to deny the banned email address. The end result will be the original spam score, since the two lists would cancel each other out.

The problem with this is that "mx123456@yahoo.com" is more precise than "yahoo.com".

The solution is to assign a bigger number to the address that is complete.
