I have 31000+ bad words, 0 good words, and all junk mail filters set to the highest setting.

What am I doing wrong??

It doens't seem to stop any of the 1000+ junk emails a day.

Look at your Junk Mail options, Status tab, doesn't it say that filters are not yet active?

Also look at your filters (F4), do you see there a filter called On all mail, runk Junk mail filters? Is it checked?

If it isn't the first in the list of filters, what kind of filters are before it?

Correct. I'm guess I'm confused. I have it set up just like on another pc that filters pretty darn well.

How do I get it active? Is 30,000+ words not enough?
(It says 0 good word) I don't recall traning any good words on the other system either but it seems to work fine.

It is the first filter in the list.

Disclaimer: this is just guess, I'm not using junk filtering myself.

I would guess it's because you need to have at least 1000 words for both good and junk database. So just select some messages you know are good ones, and process them as good (SHift+Ctrl+= on my system, though might be different on your...). I hope this would fix that.

Why not copy over your DBGood.ini and DBSpam.ini (to be found in your Mail directory) to your other installation?
Close Poco first. :)
