Hi,
first disable junk mail filter if you didn't do so already (through menu Tools > Junk Mail Filters, untick "enable automatic junk mail filtering" option and click OK).
Now press F4 and check that you don't actually have some filter that inadvertently sends all email to Junk folder. Particularly at the top of the filters list.
Please note that rules order is important too - once the message is matched/processed by certain rule, the rules that follow will not get a chance with that email message.
If you can't find any obvious problem, please submit a support ticket through menu Help > Email support > Email support.
