Also if I try to add a sub-folder it isn't added to the server but rather ends up as a normal local folder in my "Accounts Online" list..
So to sum it up: HELP!!

After having search around a bit and tried every solution posted here, I'm still stuck with duplicate folders.. it sort of looks something like this:
