What's an 'RR'

I'm confused, I was trying to teach myself less_than_basic PocoMail (3.1.0.1880) and I noticed the 'RR' icon in the New Message Mini Toolbar.

There is no tooltip.

I can see the icon toggle when I click it.

I can't find it in the help system (although it appears in one image in the emoticon section).

I tried to search the forums a few days ago and got no results.


So..

What's the purpose and function of the 'RR'.
