Interesting... I moved files within folders in Barca last night and now I have the same problem again. The backup stops at the same adu file as before. It was working before that. Crazy! It's stuff like this that makes me want to ditch Barca.

A suggestion - which may or may not be helpful.

My pocomail folder is 700mb. I back it up once a week or so as a zip file. The size is 260mb. Each subsequent backup overwrites the previous so I never run out of space. Occasionally I will archive one of the backups.
There are many other backup programs that you could use as well which could be scheduled to run regularly.

If the zip save does not run to completion this will provide clues to the problem.

Check your HD for bad sectors first.
Also defragment your disk.
Not sure if that's the problem, since I've never experienced it myself. :(

You're welcome Pierre.
See also Is there a max backup limit? (getting backup failed message)
There should be more topics on the subject, but couldn't find those right now.
Another possibility would be to use a third party backup program. See if that gives you problems to backup.

Off to answer another topic. ;)
