When composing a new email, is there a way to attach emails sent in the past? I know I can use the Forward feature, but I want to attach more than one email to the new message.

Yes. Select one or more messages in the index pane. Choose Message | Forward as Attachment from the main menu. Poco combines the selected messages into a single .eml file and attaches that file to the new message.
