Importing to Second Pocomail4 Installation

Postby newfenix » Sat Apr 09, 2011 5:01 am

I hope you can help.

I have a PC that recently crashed. I am now using a second PC and have again installed Pocomail. (Both PCs use Windows XP.) I have access to the first hard drive via a USB connection. I have tried to import my messages, contacts etc. from the previous Pocomail installed on the first hard drive. However, the import wizard says it needs the location of poco.ini and I cannot find this file. I have run a file search on the first hard drive and there appears to be no such file. Also, when I run the same search on the second PC, it still cannot find poco.ini, although Pocomail is installed and working.

I have tried copying over all the old /Program Files/Pocomail4 files and folders to the new installation. This gave me attachments but no mail or contacts. In fact, I am not sure that there is any mail in the /Program Files/Pocomail4 folders on the old hard disk.

Am I missing something?
