New Mail Folder

My New Mail folder, under Special Folders, sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. I've got about 5 email accounts, and I'd like the New Mail folder to consistently contain the pointers to my new mail.

Can anyone tell me how to make Barca do that consistently?

I'm encouraged that 11 people have viewed this topic. This gives me hope. I hope some kind soul with the answer to my question will make some suggestions. I know everyone here is a volunteer, and I appreciate any help I can get.

I also did a search, but the search function on this forum is not good. I tried to use Google advanced search too. With respect to Poco, I've never found Poco help desk to be at all responsive. I've always gotten my best information from this forum.

I don't think it's my Win 7 installation as I also had the problem on my Windows XP computer.
