Word list special characters

Postby dmalone » Sat Jan 15, 2005 4:30 am

Hello,

I am using non-Bayesian filters with message subject word lists to filter out spam. This has been pretty effective until lately some words have been getting through. For instance, "Rolex" is on the word list but in the spam message may be displayed like R0lex where the "O" is neither the number zero nor the letter "o". Is it possible to enter the higher ASCII characters to detect this junk?

Thank you.

I'm not sure if you can use higher ascii characters. You might try copying the word to the clipboard and then pasting it into the junk words list file.
